Find your footing and get comfortable with the shake.
Whether it's your first Lagree class or your fiftieth, Onda Flow gives you a little more time to settle in, learn the setup, and dial in your form. Expect a slower pace, extra coaching, and plenty of hands-on guidance from your instructor. You'll still work hard and feel the burn, but the focus is on moving well, building confidence, and getting into your groove.
Perfect for first-timers, anyone coming back after a break, or clients who want to revisit the basics.

Slow down, stretch it out, and give your body some love.
Onda Reset is our recovery-focused class designed to help you move and feel better. We'll use the reformer for supported stretching, mobility work, gentle core activation, and breathwork. It's a great way to unwind after a tough week, loosen up tight hips and shoulders, or simply enjoy 45 minutes without shaking uncontrollably.
No Lagree experience needed. Come as you are, leave feeling a little taller and a lot less tense.

For when you're ready for a little more spice.
Onda Surge keeps the intensity high with longer holds, quicker transitions, and more challenging variations. You'll spend more time under tension, move through sequences with less explanation, and leave class feeling like your legs may never forgive you.
All levels welcome. Best for clients who already know their way around the machine and feel comfortable with standard Lagree movements. We recommend taking at least 10 classes before jumping into Surge.

Our classic Lagree experience and the heart of the Onda schedule. Every class works the entire body, with a little extra love given to a different muscle group each day. One day you might leave with shaky legs and a sore booty, the next your obliques or upper body may steal the show.
Expect slow, controlled movements, plenty of time under tension, and that signature Lagree shake. No two classes are exactly alike, but you'll always get a balanced, full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and stability.
Suitable for all levels. Instructors offer modifications and progressions so you can make class your own, whether it's your first week or your hundredth class.
